The Founders
Ryan Davids
Ryan grew up in Northwest Indiana and south Chicago as a son of a general contractor. He earned a BS in business and accounting as well as an MBA in Finance, both from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington. He began his career as a licensed CPA in public accounting at KPMG in Chicago. Since he has served as a CFO, controller, and business development executive for a variety of different entities primarily in the food and transportation industries in multiple locations. In the last decade, Ryan has shifted his focus to entrepreneurship by co-founding a national software and transportation support company which he led to a successful exit in 2023. Pete Lindemulder
Pete grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago as the son of garbage company owner. A fun Saturday for him as a child was riding on the back of a garbage truck in the alleys of Chicago. He graduated from Calvin University in Grand Rapids, MI with a BS in Business. After graduation, he managed the transportation department of a dairy distribution business. A few years later, he transitioned to a privately owned garbage company in Chicago where he held various roles, including leading the company to a successful exit to WM in 2009. From there he went on co-found and purchase multiple businesses in the medical waste, portable sanitation and recycling logistics industries. In 2022 he sold his medical waste business to Stericycle (now WM Healthcare Solutions), the largest publicly traded medical waste company in the country. He currently serves as a County Councilman in Lake County, IN where he resides with his wife and 3 children. He also serves on multiple local and international non-profit boards.
